Order Cancellation Policy

At Hipsterrz, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your order, please note the following guidelines for a seamless experience:

Pre-Order Dispatch

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • How to Cancel:

    • Mention your order number and cancellation request.
    • Helpdesk Hours: Monday to Friday, 11 AM - 6 PM
    • You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

Post-Dispatch Orders

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations, refunds, or replacements are not possible.
  • If the order is on its way, we request to refer Returns Policy for further assistance with exchanges or refunds if eligible under our Return Policy.
  • Each product page outlines specific return policies, so be sure to review them.



Refund Process

How Do I Get My Refund?

  • Cancellation refunds are typically processed within 7 business working days of receiving your cancellation request.
  • For payments made via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within the same period once we receive the returned product.
  • Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Changing or Editing Your Order

Currently, there is no option to change or edit the order. 


Processing Time for Cancellations

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it within 1-2 business days and initiate the refund. You will receive an email confirmation.


Account Blocking for Frequent Cancellations

  • Frequent cancellations may result in your account being permanently blocked from our store. We also reserve the right to report such accounts to other online marketplaces.

Exceptions to Cancellations

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Items with personal customization are not eligible for cancellation. You can refer Order Cancellation Policy above. You are eligible for an exchange towards a manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged Products: Cancellation, Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the damage is caused by improper use.
  • Unforeseen Events: Delays or inability to process returns/exchanges due to public holidays, curfews, or unavoidable circumstances may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
  • Non-Eligible Products: Products tagged under category Factory Outlet, Clearance Sale, Beauty, Personal Hygiene, Face Mask, & amp; Lingerie & nbsp are not eligible for cancellation once the order is processed.
