- Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: You can return products within 5 days of delivery.
- Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process the return, you are required to share a clear unboxing video showing the product being opened for the first time. This is necessary to verify that the product was received in its original condition.
Process for Returns
- Submit a Request: Email us at contact@hipsterrz.com with your order number and unboxing video.
- Pickup: Once the return is approved, our courier partner will collect the product from your address.
- Inspection and Refund: After the product is inspected by our team, the refund will be processed and reflected in your bank account within 7 to 15 working days.
- What products are Returnable ?
- All the products are eligible for return on the website except the products tagged under category Factory Outlet, Clearance Sale, Beauty, Personal Hygiene, Face Mask, & Lingerie.
- Lingerie Return can be initiated only if: (i) Product is damaged or defective; (b) both the Product and shipping package have been damaged.
- Products that are sold as COMBOS or BUY 1 GET 2nd at 50% OFF cannot be returned as individual items. The sole discretion of returns on these will depend on the promotional conditions of the OFFERS/SALES
- All the products purchased under Custom Size / Custom Embroidery are non-returnable, on any circumstances. These products are specially customised as per the measurements or design given by the customer.
- Return period is restricted to 10 days ,counted from the date of delivery. (weekend and holidays are included)
- The refund amount will be credited back to your account in the form of a voucher or credit points for future purchases.
- The credit points will reflect within 7-15 working days after the return products are delivered and passes the quality check at our warehouse.
- In case of any manufacturing defect, kindly raise the concern on contact@hipsterrz.com with images of outer packaging and defects within 2 working days of product delivery.
Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
Note: Hipsterrz reserves the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Exchange Window: You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Condition of Product: The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Unboxing Video Required: A compulsory unboxing video is needed for all exchange requests.
Process for Exchanges
- Request an Exchange: Send an email to contact@hipsterrz.com with your order details, reason for exchange, and the unboxing video.
- Shipping Charges: A flat ₹150 shipping fee applies for exchanges.
- Exchange Dispatch: After approval and payment of the shipping fee, the new product will be dispatched.
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product or initiate a refund.
- Cancellation Policy
Pre-Dispatch Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is dispatched.
- How to Cancel: Email us at contact@hipsterrz.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +91-9334406402 with your order number and cancellation request.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. You may opt for a return after receiving the product if eligible under our Return Policy.
Account Blocking for Frequent Cancellations
- Frequent cancellations may result in your account being permanently blocked from our store. We also reserve the right to report such accounts to other online marketplaces.
Exceptions to Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- Customized or Personalized Products: Items with personal customization are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Damaged Products: Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the damage is caused by improper use.
- Unforeseen Events: Delays or inability to process returns/exchanges due to public holidays, curfews, or unavoidable circumstances may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
